way of making

    Put beef stew in kettle (cold)

    Cut the frozen pie sheet into pieces about 2 cm larger than the diameter of the kettle.
    (If the size does not fit, stretch it slightly with a cotton swab.)

    Cover the pie sheet with the pie pan, pressing down the edges with your fingers to make sure there are no gaps.
    (Be careful not to puncture the surface)

    Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of water and spread the mixture over the entire pie crust with a brush.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 to 20 minutes (until nicely browned).

Tips & Tricks

You can easily use a retort and enjoy variations such as curry and soup.
Work quickly once the pie crust has thawed out in the refrigerator, paying attention to the temperature.
