Steamed scallion with white wine


  • in-shell clam200g
  • garlic (Allium sativum)one game (checkers, etc.)
  • white wine50cc
  • Green perilla or basiltwo sheets (pieces) (of paper)
  • Virgin olive oil15cc

way of making

    Remove sand from scallion and wash well.

  • 2

    Put scallions, garlic, and white wine in kettle.

  • 3

    Steam in a boiling steamer with lid on for 7~8 minutes (until shells open)

  • 4

    Sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with virgin olive oil.

Tips & Tricks

Add milk to the remaining broth, season with salt and pepper, add rice and heat through. Simmer a little and sprinkle with cheese powder to make risotto.
