- Lyophyllum shimeji (species of edible mushroom)50g
- king oyster mushroom50g

way of making
Break up maitake and shimeji mushrooms.
Cut eringi mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
Put the mushrooms and butter in the kettle, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
Garnish with boiled okra

It can also be served with pasta with a little soy sauce added.
