anchovy cabbage

- fillet anchovytwo sheets (pieces) (of paper)
- salt (i.e. sodium chloride)small quantity

Cut cabbage into chunks.

Finely chop anchovies.

In a bowl, combine the cabbage, anchovies, salt and olive oil and toss to coat.

Put it in the kettle and push it in a little.

Cover and steam in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes.
