anchovy cabbage


  • cabbage150g
  • fillet anchovytwo sheets (pieces) (of paper)
  • salt (i.e. sodium chloride)small quantity
  • olive oil10cc

way of making

    Cut cabbage into chunks.

  • 2

    Finely chop anchovies.

  • 3

    In a bowl, combine the cabbage, anchovies, salt and olive oil and toss to coat.

  • 4

    Put it in the kettle and push it in a little.

  • 5

    Cover and steam in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes.
