onion gratin soup


  • onion (edible plant, Allium cepa)150g
  • mixed cheese50g
  • bucketproper quantity
  • solid consommeone (object)
  • salt and peppersmall quantity
  • salad oilfirst year (college) student

way of making

    Put salad oil in a frying pan and saute thinly sliced onion.

    When all the ingredients are wilted, fry over low heat, stirring to prevent burning, until golden brown.

    Add water, solid consommé, salt and pepper to taste and put into the pot.

    Top with mixed cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.

    Serve with a bucket

You can also bake a bucket in the soup and top with cheese.
